Rates do not include 10% tax, $105 cleaning fee
and $20 check-in fee. $500 fully refundable damage deposit less any
damages, fines, missing inventory/keys or excessive cleaning charges.
$250.00 reservation advance to secure reservation. CANCELLATION: The deposit will be refunded, minus a $25 processing fee, if the reservation is cancelled at least 60 days prior to the check-in date. The deposit is forfeited if cancellation notice is received less than 60 days prior to the check-in date. RENT: Rent due one month prior to the check-in date. Other arrangements can be made with homeowner for last minute rentals. CLEANING FEE: There is be a one time $105 cleaning fee added to every rental. HOLIDAY RATES: An additional $200 will be added to the standard weekly rates for Easter and Thanksgiving. Peak season rates apply for Christmas and New Years weeks. |
| NO PETS - NO EXCEPTIONS NO SMOKING INSIDE UNIT OCCUPANCY LIMITS: Although this condo can comfortably sleep more than 6 people, due to occupancy limits we can only allow a maximum of 6 people to rent this unit. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. A $200 fine will be deducted from deposit for violations of occupancy limit. Names and ages of all people who will occupy the condo during the rental must be provided to the homeowner. AGE RESTRICTIONS: Renters must be at least 25 years of age to rent this unit. It is not available as a party place for groups of teenagers or college students for high school proms or spring break. |
